Govt: Airlines may get 7.6 bln rbl of monthly state aid from March

MOSCOW, Apr 21 (PRIME) -- Russian airlines may receive 7.6 billion rubles of state support for lost incomes in March, and then for each month, as seen by PRIME in the government’s presentation on Tuesday.

“Additional measures of support … for air companies… of 7.6 billion rubles to compensate for lost incomes for March, and each month afterwards,” the document read.

The companies may also receive 1.7 billion rubles of compensation for February.

Russian airports may be granted 2.1 billion rubles of compensation for losses from a temporary ban on international flights, according to the documents.
